Before you book
How much does it cost to rent a charter bus in Florida?
It depends on hours, season, and which vehicle actually fits your group, far more than on distance. Rather than post a range wide enough to be useless, we send one flat all-in figure for your trip with the driver gratuity and fuel already inside it, usually the same business day.
Does the rental include the driver?
Always. Every trip comes with a professional CDL driver, vetted and briefed on your itinerary before the day. You get a name and a cell number ahead of time, not a mystery at the curb.
Do your buses have restrooms and wifi?
Our full-size motorcoaches have an onboard restroom, wifi, and power outlets. The fleet page lists what comes with each vehicle so you can match the bus to the trip.
How far in advance should we book?
January through April fills early, and event weekends fill earlier. Four to eight weeks out is comfortable. Off-season we can often sort you out in a few days, so ask anyway.
